safety precautions required by law, as well as
those we believe to be in the best interest of
the general public. By completing and signing
this application, participants agree that
GoLatino! can not be held responsible for
damages or injuries resulting from actions or
behavior of those individuals registered through
this application.
WAIVER: To be considered
for participation, the following must be signed
and dated:
I/We, the undersigned,
agree that participation in the Celebracion de
La Independencia Mexicana, including the Parade,
includes the risks of injury and property
damage. I/We understand that GoLatino!, and its
sponsors will not provide protection against
such risk. I/We assume all such risk to those
under my/our direction and/or control. I/We
will not make claim against GoLatino!, any of
its officers, directors, employees, agents or
volunteers for anything that results from my/our
participation in the fiesta. If I/We agree to
operate a vehicle in connection with any of the
events in connection of the GoLatino!– sponsored
Celebracion de la Independencia Mexicana, the
driver is validly licensed to drive and has
automobile insurance as required by Minnesota
State Law.
I accept responsibility of
communicating the above information to those who
are participating in the parade de La
Celebracion de la Independencia Mexicana through
this application. I understand that GoLatino!
and its sponsors can not be held liable for the
actions of these individuals.
